The park is only 16.9 miles to Interstate 22/U.S. Highway 78 and 35 miles to Tupelo, Mississippi. Public service utilities exist, including municipal water and sewer.

The Aberdeen Prairie Industrial Park is located in Aberdeen, Mississippi, and is owned by Monroe County. This site has 230+ acres. Aberdeen is located on US Hwy 45 in northeast Mississippi. This industrial site is approximately 8 miles from the Aberdeen Port and is within 1/4 mile of a Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railroad Mainline.
